We had a fabulous day on a Na Pali snorkel sail tour by Holo Holo Charters. Dawson was old enough to go and had a blast. The younger kids stayed back with Jeff’s wife who graciously offered to stay with the little ones. Thanks Heather! The morning started with boarding our catamaran and heading out to snorkel.
The snorkeling was amazing and we saw a TON of fish. I was worried Dawson would be scared since this was his first time snorkeling outside of the pool. But, he jumped right in and thoroughly enjoyed it. He wasn’t scared at all.
We were all famished – time for some breakfast! Check out that spray tans – Nice Huh?
Hanging out on the trampoline getting wet and enjoying the scenery.
Gorgeous Scenery! Na Pali is absolutely amazing.
All that snorkeling tuckered Dawson out and we had to wake him up when we started seeing the “big show”.
We saw sooooo many dolphins, probably over 100, and they put on an amazing “show”. They were jumping and flipping and swimming right underneath the boat.
We even saw a huge stingray!
And the highlight of the day was definitely the whales. They stole the show and were amazing. We saw about 15 whales – every time you looked, you saw a blow hole shoot in the air.
This whale was swimming toward the boat and they cut the engines and let the whale swim toward us. It got within 100 ft. of the boat and gave us a perfect shot of it’s tail.
All tuckered out and time to head back. It was an amazing day – one I will never forget.
